On June 10, 2022, in Harmonia Rosales, Inc. et al. v. Nitrogen Labs, Inc. et al., Chiacchio IP, LLC successfully defeated Plaintiffs' Motion for Temporary Restraining Order in Illinois Chancery Court. Plaintiffs had sought a TRO prohibiting Defendants from redirecting a domain away from Plaintiffs' company website. In denying Plaintiffs' TRO Motion, the Court held that Plaintiffs had not established a clearly ascertainable right in need of protection with respect to their Promissory Estoppel claim, Equitable Estoppel claim, Malicious Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage claim, and Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act claim.

On December 10, 2020, in U.S. District Court in Chicago, Theodore Chiacchio, serving as lead trial counsel on behalf of Nyman IP LLC, obtained for dietary supplement manufacturer and distributor North American Herb and Spice a permanent injunction halting further trademark infringement by defendant Andromeda. Theodore also secured an award of $75,000 for punitive damages under the Illinois Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
